Over my 15+ years in Product, I’ve worked for a number of SaaS companies as a direct contributor in development, product design and product management. Redesigned the dashboard landing page of the web application and as well as a complete data-driven overhaul of the navigation system.
Conducted a user survey which received 4,000 results and provided a large set of usability data about areas of the web application that need improvement.

I was a part of the original product launch of SlingTV and drove the redesign of the second iteration of the product.
I created designs and solutions that would work with a variety of remotes, and for the following platforms and operating systems: IOS, Android, Fire TV, Android TV, Roku, Xbox, Chromecast, and web.

Managed the I.T., Engineering, and Design departments and operations.
Managed the design, implementation, and delivery of web applications and website solutions. At times our team was producing more than 20 custom websites per month.

SirsiDynix
LEAD UX DESIGNER
Designed and coordinated the launch of a new web application that integrated with and offered the combined functionality of the two desktop clients that represented the core software from two merging companies (Sirsi & Dynix).
Redesigned the web search experience which allowed hundreds of thousands of users to find books and media at their local libraries.

SMASHING MAGAZINE
I wrote an article for Smashing Magazine based on results from a usability study I conducted related to website navigation patterns. Not long after the article was published, the editor asked if they could include my writings in one of the Smashing ebooks.
